Important Candle Safety Information
It is incredibly important to use your candles safely in your home. Burning an open flame inside should be taken seriously to keep yourself and your property safe.
- Keep an eye on your candle and only burn it within sight.
- Keep away from flammable objects!
- Keep away from children and pets.
- Make sure you burn the candle on a fire and heat resistant surface as the contaner WILL get hot.
Burning Instructions
To get the most out of your candle, please follow these simple instructions:
- Trim the wick to 1/4″ before lighting the candle. This will improve not only the safety of the candle, but also how long your candle will last. At anytime you see the flame getting too large, seeing a large mushroom, or excess smoke or suit, simply extinguish the flame, trim the wick, and re-light.
- Keep candle free from foreign objects and wick trimmings.
- Only burn the candle on a LEVEL, FIRE, AND HEAT RESISTANT SURFACE! The candle containers WILL GET HOT and could damage unprotected surfaces.
- DO NOT burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Keep the candle away from drafts. This will increase the longevity of the candle.
- Stop using when there is between 1/2″ to 1/4″ of wax remaining.
